Returns Policy

1. General Policy

At Kcosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce eCommerce Law.


2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and seals must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal care products, skincare, and cosmetics that have been opened or used.
  • Promotional items and items marked as Clearance, Last Chance or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free return pickup or exchange, depending on your preference.

We may request photos or videos of the product and packaging for quality inspection. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be processed promptly.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
  • Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided instead.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we cover the shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

8. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Submit your request through https://flexreturnapp.com/s/kcosmeticsksa or contact our Customer Care team via email, phone, or WhatsApp within the return period.

  • Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • We’ll schedule a pickup or share the nearest drop-off point details.
  • Once the product is inspected, you’ll receive confirmation of your refund or exchange status.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once an order has shipped, it must go through the standard return process.

10. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with:

  • Saudi E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree No. M/126)
  • Consumer Protection Law by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce
