Shipping and Receiving
- For orders shipped through a third party, the current shipping carriers are SMSA Express or Naqel Express.
- The shipping company will contact you within 5 to 7 business days to coordinate delivery and confirm the address and delivery date (as per their policy).
- We'll let you know if there are any changes to the delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances. If the customer wants a specific delivery date, we'll work with Customer Service to make that happen.
- If there's an address or contact info mix-up, the customer is out of town, or there's a hiccup, the shipping company might contact the customer to pick up their shipment from the closest distribution office or warehouse.
Shipment Tracking
- When your order is shipped, you will receive a text message from the shipping company with the tracking number (according to the shipping company's policy).
- Often there will be a link to a convenient time and location for delivery to the customer. To track your order, click on the link or visit the shipping company's website and enter the tracking number in the search box. Either method will provide a complete and detailed timeline of the shipment's movement until it arrives at your doorstep.
