The invoice will be payable within five days from the date of issue, or three days from the date of receiving the invoice. The invoice is considered as irrevocable, except in exceptions applicable within Kadoon’s polices.

 

  • The customer’s signature on the receipt voucher is an acknowledgment that the customer has received the products in full number, good condition and are intact and free from defects.
  • For refunds, one will receive back the same amount as to what was paid upon placing the order.
  • The refund will be processed as soon as possible after receiving the order or when we are provided with evidence that the order is being returned back to us.
  • Refunding the amount directly to one’s bank account may take up to 10 days to show in the account.

 

Refund of funds upon returning products free from defects:

  • The funds are refunded on the same credit card used to pay the price of the product purchased.
  • If you pay the price of the product in cash, you will be required to send us your bank account details (including name in the account, bank name and address and IBAN) in order to refund your fund directly to your account.

 

 

Please note that any product that was opened by the customer will be non-returnable due to precautions taken against spread of epidemics.
You may only return closed products, and in their original case only.

 

 

Products are approved for return only according to the following conditions:

  • The product may be returned with its original tight and sealed package.

 

Products are NOT approved for returns according to, but are not limited to, the following conditions:

  • Use of product, opening of the product, or removal of the original protection cover
  • Personal care and food products

Such products and circumstances will not be approved and therefore the cash or credit card refund will be denied and the product will be returned back to you.
