After visiting the Kidon Store, Dear customer, you go to the page of the product you want to buy, Then you add it to the cart, enter your details, and click Continue.

Once you receive the confirmation message “Your request has been sent”, your request has been confirmed on the Kidon Store system and you will receive a confirmation SMS.

For products that require a degree of professionalism and familiarity, the Kidoun Store will explain how to use them as much as possible and provide videos whenever possible. You can also our valued customer communicate with customer service or request to communicate with an expert from the Kidon Store to obtain as much information on how to use the product.

Unfortunately, so far, shipping companies do not support this feature outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

As for the products offered on the Kidoun Store, we are either the exclusive agents for them, or we are officially approved distributors by the manufacturer directly. Also, our products are registered with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority and we have proofs and contracts and are registered with the Ministry of Commerce, and there is a well-known logo at the bottom of the store, which is a documentation guide from the Ministry of Commerce for our online store.

Domestic Shipping:

Mostly it takes 3 to 5 business days excluding seasons and major show days.

The cost of international shipping will depend on the total weight of the order, the shipping company, the country to which it will be shipped, and the time of shipment.

To find out the cost, add the products whose shipping value is to be evaluated in the shopping cart, follow the order procedures, and the freight value will appear automatically in the total amounts of the cart.
