We aim to fulfill our customer orders as soon as possible. Customers can get orders through Kadoon’s shipping service, third-party shipment, or pickup from our showroom. If there are any issues that you are facing with the shipment or delivery of your order, please contact us.

Shipping Service Provided by Kadoon

Our shipping service is provided directly by our store. It is limited to delivering our products to any address within Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam only (delivery of Riyadh does not include areas such as Zulfi or Al-Muzahimiyah, etc.). Shipment times are as follows

with the possibility of rescheduling the delivery date in case of unexpected work difficulties, which we will notify the customer of. In case the customer requests a specific date for supply, it is coordinated with customer service.

Riyadh - The product is delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the date and time of ordering.
Jeddah - The product is delivered within 3 to 7 working days from the date and time of ordering.
Dammam - The product will be delivered in 3 to 7 working days from the date and time of ordering.
Existing shipping companies: For orders shipped through a third party, existing shipping companies are SMSA Express or by Carrier.
For orders shipped through a third party such as SMSA or Naqel, the shipping company will contact the customer within 5 to 7 working days to coordinate delivery and confirm the address and delivery date.
We will notify the customer of the possibility of rescheduling the delivery date in case of unexpected work difficulties. If a customer requests a specific date for supply, it is coordinated with customer service. or the customer’s address is not clear for some reason, or the customer is outside the urban area, paved roads, conditions, or work difficulties, the shipping company may contact the customer to receive the products from the nearest distribution office or warehouse available to the customer’s place.
If there is an error that involves; the address, communication data, the customer being outside the urban area, paved roads, conditions, or work difficulties, the shipping company may contact the customer to receive their shipment from the nearest distribution office or warehouse available.

Shipment Tracking

When your order is shipped, You will receive a text message from the shipping company with the tracking number (according to the shipping company's policy). There is often an electronic link to specify the appropriate place and time for delivery to the customer. To track your order, click on the link or visit the shipping company's website and then write the tracking number in the search space. Both methods will give a complete and detailed timetable for the shipment's movement until it arrives at your doorstep.
